SEAM Academy is a professional training school with many years of experience in preparing Pilates instructors. The Academy educates qualified specialists through programs based on international experience and modern educational standards.

Since 2019, SEAM Academy’s official training programs have been conducted in Baku. The training is organized in accordance with SEAM Academy standards established in Turkey and is based on internationally recognized methodology.

The educational process covers the philosophy of Pilates, theoretical studies, anatomy, movement mechanics, and an extensive practical component. Classes are delivered by highly qualified master trainers with many years of professional experience. Participants gain hands-on skills in a real studio environment and are fully prepared for professional practice.
